An appointment with the doctor and a prescription for antibiotics but I may need an immediate referral to the local hospital if there isn&#8217;t a rapid improvement. Collected the Nissan Patrol and drove it home, I&#8217;ve previously owned a number of high spec Range Rovers and Discoveries and I wasn&#8217;t expecting the Patrol to be as good on road but I&#8217;ve been pleasantly surprised, it&#8217;s well behaved in traffic and cruises comfortably at 70 mph and is quite capable of going faster.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The insurance documents arrived for the Nissan Patrol, the local Post Office has run out of tax discs, so a drive to the Treforest Estate Post Office to tax it.
