I spent most of the day helping my son David get his car working, this involved a trip to the local tyre service for three tyres, a trip to the local motor factors for a clutch, front discs, front brake pads and rear brake shoes. David changed the front discs and pads this afternoon, he’s having a new windscreen fitted tomorrow and also hopes to change the rear brake shoes tomorrow, he’s naturally expecting me to help. 🙂 Friday the car is booked in for a new clutch and then its just the MOT! Unfortunately with David’s style of driving the tyres and brakes will need changing again very soon. 🙁

I’ve been evaluating some new slideshow software that not only creates DVD slideshows but creates a fairly good web based slideshow, so far it looks very interesting and may replace the software I’m currently using to produce DVD slideshows of our wedding photographs.

Welsh class this evening, more work in preparation for the next assessment.
