The last visit from the district nurse this morning, the wound from my recent surgery has healed so no need for any more dressing changes. 🙂

A cold and frosty Monday
The district nurse called again today to dress my wound, she seems a little happier with it today. 🙂
My mum drove me to LDS and I bought a new water pump for the BMW, we then called in at the plumbers merchant and bought a new waste outlet for the kitchen sink. I fixed the kitchen sink so no more leaks. 🙂 The BMW went off to the garage and is now fixed. 🙂

Another visit from the district nurse.
The water pump on the BMW 525i is leaking and the kitchen sink outlet is also leaking. 🙁
A cold Saturday
Another visit from the district nurse this morning to change my dressings, they’re still not very pleased with the state of the wound but managed to get some packing into it today, we’ll have to see how things progress with the antibiotics.
Linda and Samantha called around this evening.
A very frosty morning
Back at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital this morning to see the consultant, the wound appears to be slightly infected so they’ve placed me on a further course of antibiotics. If it gets any worse they’ll take me back into theatre, if it heals then they plan on admitting me again in the new year after my follow up appointment for a further investigation under a general anaesthetic. 🙁

The district nurse was concerned this morning and has arranged for me to be seen at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital tomorrow morning.

I had a delivery of prints from the lab this morning so I should soon be able to complete the last few remaining orders.
A lovely sunny day
It’s a bright cold day today, the sort of day that would be great to get out and enjoy but unfortunately I’m not able to get about at the moment. No decision yet on sending me back to hospital, have to wait and see.
I have a few orders to make up but they’ll have to wait a little until I’m able to get back to work but I’m hoping to get everything back up to date within a week or so.
A lot of wind and rain
The district nurses are still concerned about the state of my wound, they’re unable to pack it as it’s blocked by a large clot, they’re currently trying to soften the clot with Granugel but unless there’s progress by Monday I’ll have to visit the hospital once more. 🙁
The weather today has been dreadful with a lot of rain and high winds.
